Corporate Tax Credits
Now You Can Direct Your Corporate Tax Dollars to Support Lutheran Education
Since 2002, ALSO has awarded millions in scholarships to students attending Lutheran schools in Arizona.
These scholarships are made possible by hundreds of taxpayers who contribute to ALSO. In return, they receive a direct, dollar-for-dollar credit on their state taxes.
Corporations and insurance companies can also participate. You can help a child in need receive a Lutheran education by creating scholarships with your corporate tax dollars. There is no cost since corporations actually receive their money back as a dollar-for-dollar credit on their Arizona taxes.
Imagine more children learning about Jesus and beginning a lifelong relationship with Him. They can have a quality education in a safe environment with loving teachers.
Yet the cost of education affects parents’ ability to keep their children enrolled in private schools.
At ALSO, we have a dream to see parents send their children to Lutheran schools in Arizona with tuition costs fully covered through tax credit scholarships.
Since 2002, ALSO has awarded more than $3.2 million in scholarships.
We make tax credits easy so you can make a difference for eternity.

Corporations must file their tax returns on an AZ 120 to be eligible. There is no limit to the dollar amount each corporation may donate as long as the State of Arizona has tax credit funds available.
Corporations may recommend a school to benefit from their support; however, they may not direct a donation to a specific student.
